What people get to see is Kazuo...splattered with blood. It's on his face and shirt. More than that, he has a bloody baseball bat in his hand. He tilts his head to the side and there is a view of Somni behind him.]

I do not understand the arrivals of these pumpkins.
Are they a part of this "Halloween" people speak of?

For awhile he just stares at the screen, tilting his head like he might be curious but there are no signs of that emotion on his face nor a flicker in his eyes. There's a pause then the screen goes blank as he tries out a filter.]
